PROPERTY CONDITION INSPECTION. Banks and Finance Companies frequently require this Inspection as part of the loan application process. It enables them to anticipate and consider future expenditures when lending money for the acquisition or construction of commercial property. |
While a standard building appraisal indicates a monetary value, it tells little about its condition. PROPERTY INSPECTIONS are also valuable for Insurance companies, which need to be aware of any condition that may contribute to future claims. Contact us for more information. |
| SPACE-MAN, Inc. has no monetary relationship with any individual or company, and NO Conflict of Interest when recommending further consultation or evaluative services. We work only for you, our client. | Issues revealed during an inspection may occasionally warrant more detailed analysis by another independent expert, such as a structural engineer, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or roofing specialist. |
