HOME INSPECTION AGREEMENT

We normally require that our clients attend the inspection so that they may have a full visual and verbal understanding of the property’s condition as well as the written report.

If you can not attend the inspection, on receipt of the report, please contact our office at 847-441-0059 to review the report with the inspector. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have concerning its contents.

PLEASE NOTE- WE ARE UNABLE TO RELEASE THE REPORT WITHOUT RECEIPT OF THE SIGNED AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT. If you are unable to attend the inspection we will accept your agents’ signature and your payment as acceptance of all terms and conditions of our agreement.

Below is a copy of our standard contractual agreement. Please print out a copy.

It is important to read through the agreement, initial and sign where indicated. Retain the agreement for your records but fax a signed copy to us at 847-441-0068.
