and common areas. You receive both a verbal Narrative and a written Inspection Report, documenting conditions before they become catastrophes. We provide information about short- and long- term maintenance and repair issues, to help you prioritize and plan for expenditures. for PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE. Thermal

AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE may be added for
reimbursement of parking lot costs in some
downtown Chicago locations. CANCELLATIONS. Clients will be charged a Cancellation Fee of 10% of quoted price for Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours in advance. ON-SITE CANCELLATIONS. A charge of 10% of the quoted fee will be due on-site for any inspection that cannot be conducted due to: lack of access to the property; utilities not connected or turned on; ongoing work or construction which interferes with the inspection process. |
